# Les informations du patient sur Omnidoc sont incorrectes.

- La création d’un rendez-vous de téléconsultation nécessite des coordonnées patient valides (téléphone ou e-mail). En leur absence ou en cas d’erreur, le rendez-vous peut être bloqué ou le patient peut ne pas recevoir le lien de connexion.
  
  En revanche, une erreur sur le nom, le prénom ou la date de naissance ne bloqueront automatiquement la création si les coordonnées de contact restent valides.
  
  En cas de création via un agenda hospitalier, il est nécessaire de corriger ces informations dans l’agenda directement, afin qu’elles soient transmises à Omnidoc.
