# Préciser votre projet et les informations demandées

Dans le cadre de votre projet individuel de téléexpertise, vous pouvez personnaliser votre projet depuis le panneau latéral de gauche, en vous rendant sur *Paramètres \> Projet de téléexpertise individuel :*

- En complétant votre **présentation** de profil en y détaillant votre projet médical (types d’avis rendus, délai de réponse, etc.) ;
- En renseignant des **instructions médicales** pour guider les professionnels requérants sur les éléments essentiels à renseigner dans une téléexpertise.

- En collectant le **numéro de téléphone** du patient : le champ sera alors obligatoire lorsque le requérant complète une demande d’avis. Cela vous permet alors de contacter plus facilement le patient si une consultation ou un examen complémentaire est nécessaire.

- Si nécessaire, en sélectionnant les professionnels de santé que vous autorisez à vous contacter.
